Popis:	A 6-year-old girl with nephrotic syndrome was treated with prednisone, without response. A renal biopsy was obtained. Following the format used at the Tulane Renal Biopsy Conferences, the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis and clinical discussion in this young patient will be presented first. The second part will include the renal biopsy findings, the final diagnosis and the pathology discussion.
