Popis:	This new assay procedure for diaphorase eliminates problems of high blank rates and nonlinear kinetics associated with other methods. The dye thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide is reduced in the presence of NADH and diaphorase to yield a colored formazan, which as maximum absorbance at 560 nm.
