Popis:	A patient with recurrent Paget's disease of the vulva 11 years after simple vulvectomy and skin grafting is presented. This is the first report of an intra-epithelial vulvar Paget lesion with recurrence in a skin graft. The current hypotheses regarding the histogenesis of Paget's disease of the vulva are discussed.
