| Popis: | Data from published literature are generalized together with results of the authors' studies on clinical pharmacology of the metabolite drug agapurin (pentoxifulline). It is shown to be of high therapeutic efficacy in postinsult syndrome, varicose ulcers, gangrene, frostbite, paresthesias, acrocyanosis, Raynaud's disease, cerebral circulatory ischemic disorders, postischemic/hemorrhagic insult states, circulation disorders in the vessels of the eye, of the internal ear, in male sterility. |
