Popis:	A 50-year-old male with a painless progressively increasing lump of right breast, misdiagnosed on fine needle aspiration cytology as carcinoma breast, operated for modified radical mastectomy, is presented here. Histopathology of the resected specimen revealed pilomatrixoma.
