The quality of life (QOL) related to oral cancer has recently become a focus of clinical studies. This study aims to systematically review the current research situation of QOL of local and foreign oral cancer patients and explore the existing related problems and future research directions to provide references and solutions.Through relevant key words, PubMed, Wiley InterScience, Science Direct, CNKI, and Wanfang databases were first searched. The related target literature from 2000 to 2017 were screened. Finally, the frequency of oral cancer related to QOL scale used in literature was calculated, and the related scales were briefly introduced.From the target literature, 218 English target literature, 55 Chinese target literature, 24 English scales, and 12 Chinese scales were selected. The most widely used scales for assessing the QOL of patients with oral cancer were as follows: University of Washington Quality of Life Questionnaire (UW-QOL), European Organization for the Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30/Head and Neck 35 (EORTC QLQ-C30/HN35), 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36), Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck (FACT-HN), and Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP).The QOL related to oral cancer was well underway, and the study of geographical distribution was widespread. However, the work on self-developed scale remains inadequate. UW-QOL, EORTC QLQ-C30/HN35, and FACT-HN can be utilized as the preferred scales for evaluating the QOL of oral cancer patients. A specific disease-related function scale can also be selected according to specific research objectives.目的 口腔癌相关生存质量研究现在愈来愈成为临床中的焦点问题，本研究旨在系统回顾国内外关于口腔癌患者生存质量评价的研究现况，探讨研究中存在的问题和今后研究的方向，为解决该问题提供参考。方法 通过相关关键词对Pubmed、Wiley InterScience、Science Direct、中国知网、万方期刊数据库分别进行检索，其次对2000—2017年的相关目标文献进行筛选，统计文献中使用的口腔癌相关生存质量量表频次，并对相关量表作简单介绍。结果 从目标文献中共筛选出218篇英文目标文献，55篇中文目标文献，获得英文量表24种，中文量表12种，其中针对口腔癌患者生存质量评估使用最多的量表有华盛顿大学生存质量评估问卷（UW-QOL）、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生存质量量表的核心量表/头颈癌专用量表（EORTC QLQ-C30/HN35）、口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP）、癌症治疗功能评价系统—头颈问卷（FACT-HN）、36条目简明健康状况调查问卷（SF-36）。结论 近年来口腔癌相关生存质量的研究如火如荼，研究地理分布区域广泛，但国内自主开发研制量表工作仍然不足；UW-QOL、EORTC QLQ-C30/HN35、FACT-HN可以作为今后口腔癌患者生存质量评价的首选量表，此外，还可根据特定的研究目标选择特异性疾病相关功能量表。. |
