Popis:	Studying "oxidant-antioxidant" system in patients with occupational allergic dermatosis revealed hyperactivity of free radical oxidation and depressed antioxidant system, especially its nonenzymatic unit. Finding also is high share of antibodies to double-stranded DNA in patients with occupational allergic dermatosis. Zero genotype of GSTM1 system is characterized by early (up to 5 years) development,severe course and unfavorable prognosis of occupational skin diseases.
