| Popis: | The paper describes a clinical history of a rare neurological syndrome in an old man who had daily episodes of involuntary jumping for 25 years. The man started jumping in response to sudden loud sounds and other stimuli. The diagnosis and origin of this unusual syndrome are discussed. |
