Popis:	A method for lysozyme measurement in the urine is developed, based on adsorption of lysozyme molecules on the surface of chitin. The urine of healthy children, men, and women contains 1.76, 1.51, and 1.69 mg/liter lysozyme, respectively. Urinary lysozyme values in some diseases are presented.
