Popis:	Dephosphorylation of biomolecules under the catalysis of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is a critical physiological process. Abnormal levels of ALP activity have been associated with a number of diseases; thus, a simple and sensitive assay of ALP activity is highly demanded.
