| Popis: | Cutaneous signs of Günther's disease (congenital erythropoietic porphyria) developing 5 years after the onset of symptomatic thrombocytopenia are described in a 65-year-old man. Persistent thrombocytopenia unresponsive to corticosteroids and immunoglobulin necessitated a splenectomy. |
