Popis:	The technique of enzyme immunoassay with capillary blood was developed to be used in the diagnosis of syphilis. Analysis of the assay technique with blood serum and capillary blood from 170 syphilis patients and control subjects has shown a high sensitivity and specificity of the more convenient and simple procedure with capillary blood.
