Popis:	Osteonecrosis is an adverse effect of corticosteroid therapy. We describe a 64-year-old woman with progressive bilateral knee pain and advanced osteonecrosis. Her symptoms developed after treatment with high-dose corticosteroids seven years earlier. The patient was ultimately treated with bilateral total knee arthroplasties.
