Popis:	Life-threatening arrhythmia is an unusual complication of endomyocardial biopsy in transplanted heart. Herein we described a case of VF during endomyocardial biopsy. The possibility of VF during a biopsy necessitates immediate access to defibrillation during endomyocardial biopsy.
