Popis:	We demonstrated that thymocytes have significantly lower AChE activity, no mAChR binding capacity and the same nAChR binding value, that we can measure on PBLs. The expression of all these structures was changed due to mitogenic stimulation. There is a strong evidence that cholinergic modulation may play a role in T-cell differentiation.
