Popis:	The method suggested by the authors permits a reliable reproduction of mandibular osteomyelitis in white rats. The primary localization and pattern of the infectious process in this model well correspond to odontogenic osteomyelitis, this permitting a preclinical study of new drugs and physiotherapeutic methods intended for patients with odontogenic diseases.
