Popis:	Difenoxin, a new antidiarrheal agent, had no effect on lower esophageal sphincter pressure in man when given at an oral dose of 2 mg. Thus, this drug does not appear to cause or aggravate symptoms of gastro-esophageal reflux and may safely be used in reflux patients.
