| Popis: | SUMMMARY Presented here is the case report of a lady who was referred for evaluation and management of frank psychotic manifestations. A carefully taken history and physical findings pointed to the presence of hypothyroidism. This was later confirmed by laboratory evaluation. The patient improved after thyroxine supplementation. |
