Popis:	In patients with pathological scars, especially in children, the activity of proteolytic enzymes (prekallikrein, acid and neutral proteinases) is increased. Summary inhibitory activity and content of the alpha 2-macroglobulin in the serum and scar tissue is also increased. This is indicative of continued inflammation.
