Popis:	Renal sarcomas are rare tumors. Prognosis is overall dismal. Adjuvant therapies should follow radical nephrectomy but no standardized regimen has been at present defined. We report a case of a patient affected by a sarcomatoid renal tumor to detect the best therapeutic approach to this rare tumor.
