Prostate cancer detection rate based on abnormal DRE is 64.6% compared to 60.8% detected by PSA4 ng/ml.In conclusion raised PSA, smaller prostate volume, abnormal DRE and raised PSA density are associated with greater chances of detection of prostate carcinoma.
