Popis:	The advantages and disadvantages of software packages IGL Trace and 3D-Viewer for brain microanatomy 3D reconstruction (on the basis of stereotaxic brain atlases) were described. The algorithm use the technology of 3D-reconstruction of serial brain sections. The 3-D models of brain anatomical structures may be helpful in solving scientific problems and performing educational tasks.
