Popis:	The objective of the investigation whose results are given in the paper was to compare a few HER2 testing techniques (immunohistochemistry, fluorescence in situ hybridization, and silver in situ hybridization) for adenocarcinomas of the stomach and esophagogastric junction. Different antibody clones and in situ hybridization kits were comparatively analyzed. Recommendations for the use of different testing methods and for the interpretation of their results are given.
