Popis:	Both, 99mTc DTPA perfusion scintigraphy and color-coded duplex sonography are reliable methods to quantitatively and qualitatively assess kidney transplant perfusion. In this case, minimal perfusion could be detected in a kidney allograft with marked vascular rejection by the scintigraphic analogous scan, whereas color-coded duplex sonography failed.
