Popis: Equinovarus is the most common residual deformity of the lower extremity in patients who have sustained intracranial injury. Appreciation of the pathophysiology of the deformity aids in surgical management of selected cases. Gait analysis is a valuable tool for preoperative management. Three case reports illustrate the principles of surgical treatment.
