Popis:	With the aim of prophylaxis of early postoperative thrombosis in reparative operations on veins of the lower extremities acetyl salicylic acid (aspirin) was used. Diminishing of adhesion and aggregation of thrombocytes, a reduced fibrinase activity and lessening of clot density were noted.
