The pathoanatomical investigations results in 105 patients with extrahepatic biliary ducts cancer are presented. The organotropism and the lymphotropic metastatic spreading predominance are revealed. The most frequently involved are the lymph nodes (73.6% observations), liver (52.8%), lesser omentum (20.7%), lungs (11.3%). The hematogenic spreading way for the cancer cells causes the distant metastases appearance in the lungs, spleen, ovaries, kidneys, adrenal glands. The implantation metastatic spreading way is quite uncommon. |
