Popis: Diagnosis of adverse reactions to foods is made after clinical history, elimination diet, skin prick and RAST tests, and double blind placebo-controlled oral challenge. These procedures are time-consuming and require strong patients' motivation. Detection of reactions other than IgE-mediated, and in vitro screening for several foods in the frontier for current studies on adverse reactions to food, and the challenge for the next decade.
