| Popis: | The regional cerebral blood flow was studied in 75 patients with bronchial asthma. The Xe133 inhalation method was used. Two groups were distinguished: with a severe course (41), average severe course (34). It was established that patients with a severe course of bronchial asthma showed a reduction of the cerebral blood flow and phenomena of respiratory acidosis with an increase of oxygen utilization by the tissues. |
