Popis: | Implant-supported restorations have become and continue to be a very popular clinical option for patients who are either partially or completely edentulous. This article describes the management of a resorbed anterior maxilla using autogenous bone grafts harvested from the patient's mandibular symphysis region. Following an adequate healing period, the patient's treatment was completed by an implant-supported restoration. The case is used to illustrate surgical options available in the restoration of the anterior partially edentulous maxilla. |
