A high efficacy of artificial immunization with a group-specific substance, fruglamin, was demonstrated; this fact recommends this agent for the preparation of sera with highly active group antibodies. These sera may be used in dubious cases for the identification of the blood group appurtenance and for the preparation of standard AB0 group sera. |
