Popis: | There is a greater interest in medical ethical questions as a result of the technical progress in medicine and the greater need for ethical guidance in a pluralistic society. Of course, the ethics of nursing are not excepted from this development either. The necessity of a greater independence of its ethical positions as well as of the idea of the human being is claimed--and even in contrast to medicine. Based on an extensive study the extent and the acceptance of ethical education of the nursing staff-in comparison with medical doctors in contrast is reported. In addition the ethical views of the respective professions regarding the private and the professional area are described. |
