[Ventricular fibrillation in a patient with mitral valve prolapse syndrome]

Popis:	A patient with mitral valve prolapse who had cardiac arrest as a result of ventricular fibrillation is described. After two weeks of unconsciousness all brain functions gradually improved and full intellectual efficiency was regained. Exact study of the case did not reveal any other possible reason for ventricular fibrillation but mitral valve prolapse syndrome.
