The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the incidence of emotional and psychosexual disturbances following artificial termination of pregnancy. The work is based on 100 cases of women who underwent artificial abortion in the last 6 months. In the methods of study, sexual, gynecological, and psychological examinations were used. In the psychosexual examination, the author's own questionnaire was used and the typology of women according to Raboch was applied. The following results were obtained. After artificial abortion, the frequency of sexual intercourse was reduced in 58% of the women and in 44%, the intensity of sexual satisfaction was decreased. 31% of the women experienced orgasm less frequently. Increased fear of pregnancy was an issue for 80% of the women studied and in 42% neurotic reactions developed. Disturbances in partnership interrelations were demonstrated in 38% of the cases.
