Popis:	Pigmented epidermotropic breast carcinoma has to be included in the differential diagnosis of pigmented lesions of the breast. Two rare cases of pigmented Paget's disease and pigmented metastatic breast carcinoma are presented, which mimicked malignant melanoma in both clinical and histological criteria.
