Popis:	The time course of LH, FSH, prolactin, estradiol, hydrocortisone, insulin and catecholamine levels in the blood was followed up in 62 patients of a reproductive age after surgical switch-off of the ovaries. Reflex therapy (electroacupuncture, acupuncture, other types of reflex therapy) included in the complex of postoperative treatment was conductive to the maintenance of a favorable level of hormones contributing to compensatory defense reactions to surgical stress and total ovariectomy.
