Popis: | Patients with rheumatoid arthritis showed changes of the fatty acid spectrum manifested in a reduction of the polyunsaturated acids (linoleic, linolenic, arachidonic) and an increase of the level of monounsaturated (oleic, palmithooleinic) depended on the course of the disease. Antirheumatic treatment produced a positive effect, especially gold preparations, on normalization of the level of unsaturated fatty acids in rheumatoid arthritis. |
