Popis:	Despite exhaustive evaluation, a massive forearm cyst in a 74-year-old man with elbow osteoarthritis could not be diagnosed. The patient had total elbow arthroplasty, and the cyst did not recur postoperatively. Osteoarthritis presumably caused the huge, but noncommunicating, synovial forearm cyst.
