Popis:	Presents the peroxidase-antiperoxidase method for the detection of cellular antigens on cryostate sections of various tissues, making use of the IKO monoclonal antibodies. Analyzes the possible errors and causes of potential artefacts. Describes the results obtained with the use of this method in examinations of the sections of malignant and benign tumors of the mammary gland and regional lymph nodes.
