Popis:	Practical information is provided in the use of four office-oriented microscopic examinations--the Gram stain, the wet mount examination, the Tzanck test, and skin scraping techniques--to screen for the maximal number of sexually transmitted organisms at the least cost. Emphasis is placed on helping the primary care provider improve her or his technique.
