| Popis: | We have designed and developed an automated monitoring system for the online analysis of physiological signals. The system is portable, requires no special power connections and is relatively inexpensive since the design utilizes microprocessors and Large Scale Integration technology. Several microprocessors are organized in a pipeline configuration to optimize throughput and facillitate continuous signal acquisition. The system is flexible and can be easily changed for a variety of applications in research as well as clinical laboratories. We are currently using this monitoring system for a study in noninvasive cardiology techniques. |
