Popis: Digitization in education is one of the most exciting challenges of the 21st century. We live in an era where online courses, digital books, and even online exams are part of our everyday life. The global pandemic in 2020 has thrown digital technology into the spotlight, and the EdTech industry has celebrated it as an unexpected business opportunity. No surprise that the competition in the field is fierce and getting more intense than ever before. Redmenta is a free online exam solution, one of the leading EdTech tools in Hungary. While it had been available for years, remote schooling and the lockdowns brought a significant breakthrough: the number of registered users increased 3-times. However, acquiring new users does not mean they will forever use the service. In the Master's thesis "Transforming pedagogy: Content Strategy for an EdTech tool with a user-centered approach," the author focuses on activating these existing users and turn them into future subscribers by providing them with engaging, relevant content.
