COMPARISON OF THE TACTICAL GAME PLAN IN THE BACK THIRD OF HNK HAJDUK 'S GAME FIELD UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF COACHES GUSTAFSSON AND DAMBRAUSKAS

| Popis: | Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je analizom nogometnih utakmica utvrditi kako je i na koji način sustav igre i način upravljanja ekipom utjecao na igru, te na kraju i na rezultate dvojice trenera, Jensa Gustafssona i Valdasa Dambrauskasa, koji su vodili momčad HNK Hajduk. Varijable koju su bile praćene u ovome radu su: formacija i taktičke postavke dvaju trenera, otvaranje napada od vratara, način odigravanja lopti u zadnjoj trećini terena, broj igrača u završnici i tijekom udaraca iz kuta, plan dolaska do zadnje trećine terena i način završavanja akcije. Uzorak entiteta čini pet utakmica hrvatske elitne nogometne lige, te jedna utakmica Hrvatskog nogometnog kupa. Svaki trener je vodio momčad u tri utakmice, a protivnici su im bili isti. Praćene su utakmice protiv NK Istre, NK Hrvatskog Dragovoljca te NK Lokomotive. U tim susretima, HNK Hajduk je ostvario pet pobjeda, te upisao jedan neodlučeni ishod. Rezultat usporedbe je veća prilagodljivost i više napadački orijentirana igra kod momčadi koju je vodio trener Dambrauskas. Više igrača u završnici i više udaraca izvan kaznenog prostora donijeli su momčadi i više postignutih pogodaka. The goal of this final paper was to analyze football matches and to try to determine how and in what way the game system and team management influenced the game, and ultimately the results of the two coaches, Jens Gustafsson and Valdas Dambrauskas, who led the HNK Hajduk team. The variables that were monitored in this work are: the formation and tactical settings of the two coaches, the opening of the attack by the goalkeeper, the way the ball is played in the last third of the field, the number of players in the endgame and during corner kicks, the plan to reach the last third of the field and the way to end the action. The entity sample consists of five matches of the Croatian elite football league, and one match of the Croatian football cup. Each coach led the team in three games, and their opponents were the same. Matches against NK Istra, NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac and NK Lokomotive were followed. In those meetings, HNK Hajduk achieved five victories, and recorded one draw result. The result of the comparison is greater adaptability and a more attack-oriented game of the team led by Dambrauskas. More players in the end zone and more shots outside the penalty area brought the team more goals. |
