Gelişmekte olan ülkemizde son yüzyılda kırsal alanlardan kentlere göç hızla artmıştır. Bu hızlı göç hareketi de beraberinde bir takım sorunlarla gelmiştir. Bu sorunlardan bazıları konut ihtiyacı, çarpık kentleşme, alt yapı yetersizliği ve ulaşım sorunlarıdır. Bu mevcut sorunlara geçici çözümler getirilse de uzun vadede bu sorunlar büyükşehirlerde büyük sorunlara sebep olmuştur. Özellikle araç sayısının her geçen gün arttığı ülkemizde her geçen gün trafik sorunları baş göstermektedir. Trafik sorunlarının başlıca nedenleri ise geçici çözümlerle çözülmeye çalışılan fakat çözülemeyen ve daha da büyüyen kent içi ulaşım sorunlarıdır.Erzurum kenti tarihten beri işlek yollar üzerinde kurulmuş ve çeşitli medeniyetlere ev sahipliği yapmış bir kenttir. Bulunduğu konum ile hem kış turizmi olarak yerli ve yabancı turist akınına uğramakta hem de doğunun en büyük illerinden biri olması nedeniyle büyük göçler almaktadır. Böyle bir durumda sürekli göç ve turist alan şehir, ulaşım sistemleri ile yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu kapsamda yapılan çalışmada Erzurum ilinin ulaşım sistemleri değerlendirilmiştir. Erzurum ili mevcut durumu, alt yapı ve ulaşım durumu incelenmiş daha sonra ilde bulunan köprü ve kavşaklar analiz edilmiştir. Bölge halkının fikirleri alınmak üzere 384 kişiye anket yapılmıştır. Anket sonuçları istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiş frekanslarına göre grafikleri oluşturulmuştur. Ankette Gürcükapı'da yapılan Barış Pınarı Köprüsü ve Gez Mahallesi'nde yapılan sağa dönüş ceplerinin trafik yoğunluğuna olumlu yönde etkileri olduğu belirlenmiştir. Anket sonuçlarına göre trafik yoğunluğu yaşanan cadde ve kavşaklarda gözlemler yapılıp trafik sayımları yapılmıştır. Trafik sıkışıklığı olan Orhan Şerifsoy Caddesi ve Hastaneler Caddesi için öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, otoparkların yetersizliği, sinyalizasyon hataları gözlemlenmiş ve bütün köprülü kavşakların genel olarak beklenildiği gibi tam kapasiteli kullanıldığı ve yeni köprülü kavşaklara ihtiyaç olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özellikle halkın istek ve ihtiyacı doğrultusunda yeni yatırımlar yapılması ulaşım sorunlarının çözümünde daha etkili olacaktır. Alternatif yollar ve yeni yatırımlar hakkında da öneriler verilmiştir. In our developing country, migration from rural areas to cities has increased rapidly in the last century. This rapid migration movement also came with some problems. Some of these problems are accommodation need, unplanned urbanization, lack of infrastructure and transportation problems. Although temporary solutions have been made to these existing problems, these problems have led to serious troubles in metropolitan in the long term. Especially in our country, where the number of vehicles increases day by day, traffic problems show up. The main causes of traffic problems are urban transportation problems which are tried to be solved by temporary solutions but cannot be solved, which increases the number of this problems.Erzurum was established on busy roads and has been host to various civilizations throughout history. Due to its location, it is subject to a large influx of domestic and foreign tourists in winter tourism and also receives immigration as it is one of the largest provinces one of the east of Turkey. In such a case, the transportation systems of the city are inadequate because of the constant immigration and tourists. In this study, the transportation systems of Erzurum were evaluated. Firstly, the present situation of Erzurum infrastructure and transportation status were examined and then the bridges and intersections in the city were analyzed. A questionnaire was made a survey to 384 people to get their opinions. The survey results are statistically analyzed and their graphics are created according to their frequencies. In the questionnaire, it was determined that the Barış Pınarı Bridge in Gürcükapı and the right turn pockets made in Gez Neighborhood had positive effects on the traffic density. According to the results of the survey, observations were made on the streets and intersections where traffic density was experienced and traffic counts were made. Suggestions for traffic jams Orhan Şerifsoy Street and Hastaneler Street are presented.As a result of this study, inadequacy of parking lots, signalization errors were observed and it was determined that all bridged intersections were generally used at full capacity as expected and new bridged intersections were needed. Making new investments especiallyin line with the requirements of the people will be more effective in solving transportation problems. In addition, suggestions were given about alternative roads and new investments. 136 |
