Çalışmamızın gayesi Osmanlı Devleti'nin Kafkas hâkimleri ile olan ilişkileriniŞeyh Şâmil ve İmam Mansur örnekleri ile arşiv belgeleri ışığında analiz etmektir.Araştırmamızın içeriğini oluşturan diplomatik ilişkileri analiz ederken dönemin şartlarıdikkate alınarak değerlendirilecektir.Osmanlı Devleti'nin İmam Mansur dönemindeki diplomatik yazışmaları dikkatealındığında Şeyh Şâmil döneminden daha fazla bir iletişim sağlandığı aşikârdır. Ziraİmam Mansur'un ortaya çıkışıyla dahi ziyadesiyle ilgilenilmiş, kim olduğuna dairteferruatlı bilgiler elde etmek için sıkı bir istihbarat ağı kurulmuştur. Şeyh Şâmildöneminde gerekli yardımların yetersiz kalışı ve diplomatik yazışmaların yoğunseyretmemesinde Osmanlı Devleti içerisinde meydana gelen bazı olaylarbaşlıca sebeplerdendir. Öte yandan Rusya başta olmak üzere Avrupalı Devletlerin yineOsmanlı Devleti aleyhine planlar kurması da bunda en büyük etkendir. Elimizdeki arşivbelgeleri neticesinde İmam Mansur dönemindeki diplomatik ilişkilerin, Şeyh Şâmildönemine kıyasla daha fazla yoğunluk gösterdiği kanaatine vardık. The aim of our study is to analyze the relations of the Ottoman with the Caucasianjudges in the light of the examples of Sheikh Şamil and Imam Mansur and archivedocuments. While analyzing the diplomatic relations that constitute the content of ourresearch, it will be evaluated by considering the conditions of the period.Considering the diplomatic correspondence of the Ottoman during the period ofImam Mansur, it is obvious that there was less relationship in the period of SheikhŞâmil. Because, even with the emergence of Imam Mansur, a tight intelligence networkwas established to obtain detailed information about who he was. Some of the eventsthat took place within the Ottoman Empire were the main reasons for theinsufficient assistance and diplomatic correspondence during the period of SheikhŞamil. On the other hand, the biggest factor in this is that European states, especiallyRussia, set up plans against the State. As a result of the archive documents conclusionthat diplomatic relations during the period of Imam Mansur were more intensecompared to the period of Imam Shamil. 209 |
