Globalleşen dünyamızda sınırlarınkalkmasıyla birlikte daha önemli hale gelen insan faktörü zaman kriterini ortayaçıkartmıştır. Bu doğrultuda doğru malı, doğru zamanda, doğru yere ve doğru ulaşımaracıyla ulaştırmak firmaların ve hatta ülkelerin rekabet gücünü belirleyen en önemlietken haline gelmiştir. In the globalizing world, with the abolishment ofborders, the concept of human, which becomes more important by degrees, hasdetermined the ?time? factor.
