1960'lı yıllarda Sanayi Devrimi'nin de etkisiyle çevrede meydana gelen hissedilir derecedeki bozulmalarla birlikte çevre sorunları ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Özellikle son yıllarda insanların sınırsız ihtiyaçları ve hava, su bedava anlayışları yüzünden doğal ortamın büyük bir kısmı geri dönülemez sürece girmiştir.Çevre sorunlarının insan hayatını tehlikeye sokması ile birlikte çözüm önerileri ortaya çıkmaya başlamıştır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle ?kaynakların sürdürülebilirliği? konusu önem kazanmıştır. Buna göre sürdürülebilir kalkınma In addition to the significant impairments occurring in environment with the effect of the Industrial Revolution in 1960s, environmental problems started to come out. Especially in recent years, because of humans? infinite necessities and the understanding of free water and weather, a large part of nature has taken yet an irreversible process. Solution suggestions began to spawn after the environmental problems threatened the life of people. In this scope, particularly the subject of ?sustainability of the resources? has gained importance. According to this, sustainable development is defined as a form which will not hinder the next generations from meeting their own needs while satisfying present ones. As another solution offer, the subject of ?environmental management? has been at the top of the agenda. Environmental management includes an effective method to determine the factors causing environmental problems and find solutions for them.Finally, it has been tried to find a solution to environmental problems with ?green budgeting?. In this context, a system of budgeting aiming to reduce the concern deriving from environmental problems with renewable and sustainable energy has been developed.As it is understood from the explanations above, all of these environmental problems and their solutions will be given place in our work. The most important factors here are the sustainability of resources, awareness in environmental management and green budgeting.
