NS confectionery sunflower hybrids under organic and conventional production conducted in Selenča NS konzumni hibridi suncokreta u organskoj i konvencionalnoj proizvodnji u Selenči U Srbiji NS konzumni hibridi se sve više šire u proizvodnji. Prerađivačka industrija, male fabrike, kupuju krupne frakcije semena, peku i pakuju u posebnu ambalažu, a sitnije frakcije semena se koriste za hladno presovano ulje. NS konzumni hibridi suncokreta ispitivani su u Selenči u uslovima organske poljoprivrede, bez upotrebe pesticida i primene mineralnih đubriva i u konvencionalnim uslovima proizvodnje. The use of NS confectionery sunflower hybrids in the production, processing industry and smaller factories has increased. Large seed fractions are purchased, roasted and packed individually, while smaller seed fractions are used in the production of cold-pressed sunflower seed oil. Production of NS confectionery sunflower hybrids was carried out in Selenča, using the organic production system without the use of pesticides or application of mineral fertilization and conventional production system. The tested NS confectionery sunflower hybrids had higher average seed yield per plant under the conventional system compared to organic production, whereas the obtained average oil content was similar in both production systems. The results revealed that NS confectionery sunflower hybrids are adaptable, and can therefore be grown under either production system. |
