Globalization that has economic, social, culturel, political, and legal effects and expresses multidimensional process, has became a popular concept with the effects of the improvements of communication tecnologies especially from 1980. Althought concept is connected with the economy, as aresult of globalization, global communication and human movement appear, too. Exactly at the point, interaction is discussed between globalization and civil society concepts. Globalization, supports the civil formings that are active at the international dimension, that is, supports the existence of international civil society. The improvement of the civil society at the global dimension, is also important for getting the democracy and liberties strong. But the capitalist system inclines to use the civil society at the process of globalization, nation state that sees as elements of increasing the cost and economic and social rights that is also called second generation human rights, as a means for refining. |
