Partnership models and social franchise within social enterprise sector

Popis: The dynamics of social enterprise development and the increasing competition for resources is accelerating the role and influence of partnerships and innovative models of cooperation aiming to create a better social impact and social change. At the same time, social enterprises are facing growing social challenges that require formation of effective partnerships and the application of successful business models, which can expand their competitive advantages. The current report provides an overview of the process, role and types of partnerships in social economy sector as well as partnerships models for social enterprises, which can mobilize resources to achieve visible social change and generate a better social impact for socially disadvantaged groups. For the purpose of the research, the author has analyzed two main types of partnerships with business and with public sector and has reviewed the trends and advantages related with social franchise as and effective business model for cooperation. As a result of this research, a conclusion can be made that the success of social enterprises is strongly related with their capacity to form successful and strategic partnerships as well as to apply effective business models depending on their stage of business development
